  7.                       REGISTRATION/ORDERING INFORMATION

  9.       A SIO/VSIO/VX00 registration licenses you to use the product on a
  10.       regular basis.  Individual users need register only one copy of
  11.       SIO/VSIO/VX00 for personal use;  registration includes licensed
  12.       use of all upgrades to the major version number registered.  When
  13.       the major version number changes, say from 1.55 to 2.00, you must
  14.       re-register (pay up again).  Upgrades are NOT automatically sent
  15.       to registered users.  See LICENSE.TXT for additional information.
  16.  
  17.       The registration fee covers only the use of the program.
  18.  
  19.       Please use the registration form (below) to send in your
  20.       registration fee.

  24.                        Corporate and Quantity Purchases
  25.  
  26.       All corporate, business, government or other commercial users of
  27.       SIO/VSIO/VX00 must be registered.  We offer quantity discounts
  28.       starting at the eleventh copy.  Corporate or site licensing is
  29.       also available.

  31.       Licensing agreements allow duplication and distribution of
  32.       specific numbers of copies within the licensed institution. 
  33.       Duplication of multiple copies is not allowed except through
  34.       execution of a licensing agreement.

  36.       The quantity discounts are as follows:

  38.            00 - 10 copies:     no discount 
  39.            11 - 25 copies:     15% discount 
  40.            26 - 50 copies:     20% discount 
  41.            51 - 100 copies:    25% discount 
  42.            101+ copies:        30% discount

  44.       ALL PRICES AND DISCOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. 
  45.       Discounts are not cumulative; they apply to single orders of like
  46.       products only. Unit prices are the same as for individual users.
